Money Transfer Service Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms and conditions carefully. By using the remittance services provided by Sunfulon Remit, customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Remittance Service
1.1 Customers who use the Sunfulon Remit remittance service for the first time must go to the Sunfulon Remit service counter to fill in and complete the registration form in advance, and attach the original copy of the relevant identity document for verification. Each customer is assigned a unique CIF number for remittance transactions.
1.2 If there are any changes or updates to the information provided to Sunfulon Remit when first registering above, the customer is responsible for notifying Sunfulon Remit and providing any supporting documents for such changes.
1.3 Funds remitted shall be paid to the recipient in the local currency of the designated destination country, possibly minus the paying agent's fees (if any).
1.4 Customers shall pay a certain fee to Sunfulon Remit for each remittance transaction. The fees and daily exchange rate will be displayed at the Sunfulon Remit service counter, mobile APP or website. The rates shown are for reference only and may vary at the time you trade. The exchange rate applicable to after-hours transactions will follow the rate of the next business day.
1.5 Sunfulon Remit reserves the right to request any additional information in order to conduct a remittance transaction.
1.6 Sunfulon Remit is not responsible for delays in the delivery or transfer of remittances to the payee due to omissions, incorrect information, force majeure or any event beyond Sunfulon Remit’s control. If Sunfulon Remit is unable to deliver, transfer or process a remittance due to the above circumstances, and the customer requests to cancel the remittance, Sunfulon Remit will only refund the remittance amount after deducting any fees (if applicable).
1.7 Any taxes, fees or duties imposed by local or overseas authorities on remittance transactions shall be deducted from remittance revenue and charged to the customer.
1.8 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR), and the customer accepts the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Macau Special Administrative Region.
2. Electronic Applications and Payments
2.1 If any remittance application submitted to Sunfulon Remit in person or through any permitted electronic channel is paid electronically, the payee and the customer shall be the same person. Customer agrees that such electronic applications are subject to the current terms and conditions.
3. Personal Data
3.1 Customer’s personal data is provided voluntarily by the customer. If the customer fails to provide all required information, the remittance transaction will not be affected by Sunfulon Remit.
3.2 To the extent necessary for the relevant purposes, personal data shall be communicated to Sunfulon Remit’s auditors, subsidiaries, affiliates and remittance service partners, law enforcement agencies, authorities, regulators and any other entity or subject as required by local or overseas law. and regulations.
3.3 Customers have the right to exercise any rights stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law of the Macau Special Administrative Region.
3.4 The customer agrees that Sunfulon Remit may inform customers of its marketing messages, promotional offers, advertisements and surveys through phone calls, text messages, emails, posts or social media. Otherwise, if the customer does not wish to receive such marketing messages, they need to communicate with Sunfulon Remit in writing.
4. Complaint Handling
If customers have any service comments, concerns, questions or suggestions, they can contact the Sunfulon Remit Customer Service Department at (853) 2840 3388 or send an email to info@sunfulon.com. Please note that calls to Customer Service may be recorded for quality of service purposes and Customer hereby consents to the recording of any calls he/she may make to Customer Service.
5. Additional Information
Sunfulon Remit reserves the right to reject any remittance transaction that is subject to financial sanctions, legal restrictions or without complete information. Sunfulon Remit shall also provide any additional information required by the Client as required by law, in particular anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance.
6. Others
Sunfulon Remit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to these terms and conditions shall be effective immediately and shall be binding on the Customer when: a) Notification to the Customer; b) Posted on the Sunfulon Remit website and made available at the Sunfulon Remit service counter. If the customer does not receive a written objection within 7 days after the above notification or announcement, it will be deemed to have accepted the modifications described in this agreement.
